Senior GEN-AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and manage GEN-AI driven, data-rich systems that analyze and learn from extensive event streams.

• Deliver dependable LLM features, validate their effectiveness through thorough assessments, and enhance quality through contextual engineering.

• Create and sustain production-level GEN-AI services using Python.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Enhance applications for optimal performance and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.

• Over 1 year of experience with GEN-AI initiatives.

• More than 5 years of experience with the Python programming language.

• Demonstrated experience in developing data-intensive applications.

• Familiarity with DSPy optimization / GEPA Knowledge Graphs.

• Knowledge of real-time clustering methods.

• Proficiency in data retrieval techniques.
