Senior Gen AI Developer

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to obtain and sustain a Secret security clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.

• Over 15 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to building generative AI or LLM-powered applications.

• Strong expertise in Python for AI/ML development, data processing, and automation tasks.

• Practical experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications that utilize large language models (LLMs).

• Demonstrated success in constructing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, orchestrating LLMs, and crafting agent-based workflows.

• Knowledge of LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.

• Experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise data sources, APIs, and knowledge graphs.

• Ability to assess and refine model outputs for quality, bias, explainability, and performance metrics.

• Proficient in deploying and maintaining applications within cloud-native environments (Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices related to production AI systems.
