📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to develop captivating game mathematics and mechanics.

• Refine game mathematics and mechanics to ensure the highest quality product.

• Conduct simulations of game math to evaluate its performance against desired outcomes and other games in the portfolio.

• Deliver competitive game math analyses to uncover valuable insights.

• Engage in rapid prototyping of game mechanics to validate concepts.

• Participate in the entire game creation process, from inception to completion.

• Work closely with development teams, providing detailed game math specifications.

• Act as a discussion partner within the team to enhance game quality.

• Assess risks and calculate the probability of wins during player investigations.

• Share expertise, establish best practices, and challenge existing norms.

• Offer analytical support, including Big Win validations, player session analysis, and RTP deviation monitoring to maintain game integrity and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven track record (3+ years) in a successful game mathematician role within the online gambling sector.

• Proficiency in scripting with any programming language, preferably Typescript or Javascript.

• Strong understanding of core programming paradigms.

• A knack for addressing abstract and highly complex mathematical challenges.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and rectify minor errors in mathematical models.

• A genuine interest in slot games from both a developer's and player's perspective.

• Capability to quickly prototype initial ideas.

• Basic knowledge of HTTP client-server requests.

• A data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making.
