Senior Functional Consultant – SuccessFactors EC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

• Conduct workshops to gather and validate requirements with business areas

• Configure the solution according to client needs

• Prepare functional documents, specifications, and supporting materials

• Assist in defining HR processes that align with SuccessFactors best practices

• Execute and support unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Identify and propose solutions for business gaps

• Collaborate with technical teams, integration, and other project fronts

• Support data migration, cutover, and go-live activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)

• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation projects

• Strong knowledge of EC configurations, including organizational structures, business rules, workflows, and personnel administration processes

• Experience in conducting workshops and interacting with clients

• Understanding of HR processes related to employee management

• Intermediate or advanced English for project work and documentation

• Availability to work in São Paulo/SP

• Immediate availability to start
