Senior Functional Consultant, D365 CE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing clients’ Dataverse and Dynamics CE systems.

• Create and develop solutions based on Microsoft’s Power Platform.

• Diagnose and resolve support tickets pertaining to clients’ CE and Dataverse systems.

• Collaborate with multiple clients weekly, ensuring timely and budget-conscious task delivery.

• Establish functional requirements and document the solution design.

• Oversee and prioritize new support cases.

• Support clients during Microsoft upgrade cycles.

• Manage small projects using Agile methodologies.

• Effectively communicate with clients, partners, team members, and management.

• Enhance individual utilization.

• Pursue ongoing professional development with specific annual training objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with D365 CE customization and configuration.

• At least 3 years of experience in building Model Driven and Canvas applications using Dataverse as the primary data source.

• Solid understanding of Dataverse solutioning and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

• Over 1 year of experience in implementing and supporting PowerApp Portals/Power Pages.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing Power Automate in implementations.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 and/or PL-100.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.

• Experience in implementing or supporting Dynamics Finance and Operations.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Integration, including Dual Write experience.

• At least 2 years of experience as a consultant.
