This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to assess current customer engagement, marketing operations, and service processes.
• Design future-state solutions utilizing Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys.
• Create comprehensive customer journeys and engagement strategies aimed at lead generation, onboarding, retention, cross-selling/upselling, and renewal initiatives.
• Configure environments for Customer Insights Journeys, encompassing journeys, segments, triggers, forms, landing pages, subscription centers, lead scoring models, and dynamic personalization rules.
• Develop frameworks for customer segmentation and establish engagement KPIs.
• Analyze the performance of campaigns and propose ongoing improvements.
• Assist with integrations involving Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, and Power BI.
• Conduct solution design reviews and present findings to project leadership.
• Support SIT/UAT testing activities.
• Create training materials to enhance user adoption.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and project leadership regarding customer engagement, marketing automation, lead management, and communication strategies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Over 4 years of practical experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys.
• Strong expertise in Dataverse, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and best practices for enterprise marketing automation/customer lifecycle management.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and supporting Agile/hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent skills in verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Preferred certifications include MB-220, PL-200, MB-910, or Customer Data Platform Specialty.
• Experience in sectors like insurance, employee benefits, healthcare, or contact center environments is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with US clients.
