Senior Functional Business Central Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insight into client business processes, challenges, and objectives

• Convert business needs into customized Business Central solutions

• Create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution design

• Oversee comprehensive Business Central implementations, including setup, testing, training, and ongoing support

• Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the client's goals

• Offer post-implementation consulting and optimization services

• Assist with pre-sales activities by taking part in demonstrations, scoping sessions, and proposal creation

• Provide clients with insights on best practices, market trends, and Business Central features

• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to guarantee successful project outcomes

• Diagnose issues and deliver expert advice on Business Central functionalities

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), encompassing full-cycle implementations

• Demonstrated capability to lead client engagements and provide customized solutions

• Strong comprehension of Business Central modules, including Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with experience interacting with executive stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is advantageous

• Capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple client projects
