Senior Fullstack Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and design software architecture solutions, including features driven by AI.

• Lead the development and implementation of high-quality software applications and AI workflows.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on full-stack best practices and AI integration.

• Partner with architects to create reliable, scalable, and secure software systems that integrate machine learning models and large language models (LLMs).

• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and identify opportunities for automation driven by AI.

• Ensure that the software architecture is aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues across the entire stack.

⛳️ Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain React JS applications and REST APIs using TypeScript with Node, focusing on high availability and scalability.

• Implement and optimize AI functionalities, including integration of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline and deliver new features and optimizations in AI.

• Possess a deep understanding of AWS infrastructure, particularly DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lambda, S3, and IAM—and how to deploy AI models within this framework.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both traditional logic and AI-driven modules.

• Analyze user requirements and translate them into highly functional code and intelligent automations.

• Continuously integrate and deploy software (CI/CD) while monitoring the performance and costs of AI models.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring robustness and stability in production.

• Participate in code reviews to uphold quality and share insights on AI integration patterns.

• Differential: Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector) and triggering emails using Braze and Segment.
