Senior FullStack Software Engineer – Node.js, Vue.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain features across our platform.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to provide user-centric solutions.

• Engage in code reviews while mentoring junior developers.

• Contribute to architectural discussions and assist in steering technical decisions.

• Ensure high standards of code quality and performance through thorough testing, monitoring, and optimization.

• Aid in defining and upholding best practices in engineering and DevOps.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and tools, evaluating new technologies to enhance the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in France with full working rights.

• Proficient in both French and English.

• Over 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on building and operating B2B or B2C SaaS platforms in a production environment.

• Demonstrated experience with long-lived SaaS products (multi-year), including ownership of features throughout their entire lifecycle (design, delivery, iteration, maintenance).

• Strong expertise in complex, scalable web architectures.

• Expert-level skills in Node.js (backend) and Vue.js (frontend).

• Solid hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production settings.

• Practical exposure to modern DevOps methodologies.

• High standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability, serving as a role model for other engineers.

• Extensive experience collaborating directly with product managers, designers, and stakeholders in a feature team/product-oriented environment.

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the capability to drive features from start to finish in a cross-functional team.

• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse profiles (product, design, engineering, operations).

• A Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in senior SaaS settings.
