Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Integrations Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers to achieve substantial business outcomes.

• Establish the strategic direction for essential technical domains to facilitate swift growth.

• Conceptualize, develop, and take ownership of new product features and/or infrastructure utilizing TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

• Construct and advance Vanta’s Integration Platform and its integration ecosystem.

• Create shared components for authentication, lifecycle management, observability, and publishing.

• Collaborate with engineers to enhance customer security and assist them in demonstrating it.

• Contribute positively to Vanta’s engineering culture.

• Guide and mentor engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry.

• Demonstrated technical leadership experience with teams or in complex projects.

• Prior experience in a startup setting or in an environment that emphasizes a proactive approach.

• Previous involvement in greenfield projects.

• Enthusiasm for learning about security or relevant prior experience in the field.

• Openness to utilizing AI to enhance skills and improve work output.

• A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and sound judgment in responsibly applying AI.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
