Senior Fullstack Engineer, Python – React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable backend services utilizing Python.

• Participate in frontend development, specifically within React-based applications.

• Define technical solutions and guide projects from the design phase through to production deployment.

• Integrate AI functionalities into business applications and client-facing solutions.

• Maintain high standards of scalability, reliability, testing, and production support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Support and enhance production systems while consistently improving architecture and engineering practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of commercial experience in software engineering.

• More than 5 years of backend development experience with Python.

• At least 2 years of frontend development experience.

• Experience with React is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of system design and software architecture.

• Familiarity with scalability, maintainability, testing, release management, debugging, and production support.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering production-ready solutions from conception through deployment and operational support.

• Experience in integrating AI capabilities into production systems, including orchestration, workload management, and scalable AI-enabled solutions.

• Capability to navigate ambiguous business requirements, assess trade-offs, and make architectural decisions.

• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, at a business level.

• Eligibility to work in the EU without requiring a sponsored visa.
