Mid-Level Back-End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance APIs and back-end systems for managing corporate payments, integrating with financial services APIs.

• Develop and execute automated testing procedures.

• Create implementation strategies, decompose tasks, and engage in architectural decision-making.

• Proactively participate in product and system enhancements by suggesting improvements and addressing technical debt.

• Fortify and improve the resilience of the company’s solutions.

• Contribute to technical advancements and enhance user experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in PHP, Laravel, and Node.js.

• Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence for analysis, automation, and/or systems development.

• Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Capability to independently investigate problems, propose solutions, and make informed technical decisions.

• Experience with payment methods and infrastructure (such as cards, Pix, bank slips, acquirers, payment gateways, Open Finance) is a plus.

• Understanding of financial security and compliance (including PCI DSS, Brazil’s LGPD, strong authentication, and anti-fraud measures) is a plus.

• Proficiency in Python for developing supplementary services is a plus.

• Familiarity with observability tools is a plus.

• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

• Knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB, MVC architecture, Redis, MySQL, and Composer.
