Senior Fullstack Engineer, Python, Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and implement innovative features utilizing Python and Go.

• Collaborate on solutions that function within a distributed architecture.

• Execute integrations with external systems and infrastructure elements.

• Work together to define and establish API contracts among systems.

• Engage in the analysis of business and technical requirements.

• Maintain software quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

• Investigate and resolve issues that arise in production environments.

• Develop strategies to enhance system stability, security, and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with platform, backend, and infrastructure teams.

• Contribute to the delivery of features from design to production deployment.

• Improve existing solutions for better performance, scalability, and maintainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, including senior-level expertise.

• Proficient in Python and/or Go with practical experience in daily production coding.

• Skilled in designing and developing backend systems and distributed solutions.

• Capable of producing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

• Experienced in system integration and the design and development of REST APIs.

• Familiar with microservice architecture or distributed systems.

• Competent in analyzing and resolving issues in production settings.

• Proficient in Git, including branches, pull requests, and code reviews.

• Knowledgeable about software testing methodologies, test automation, and code quality assurance.

• Understanding of monitoring, logging, and telemetry in production environments.

• Experienced with CI/CD processes.

• Ability to work effectively with product, backend, and infrastructure teams.

• Proficient in English communication at a minimum B2 level.
