Senior Fullstack Engineer, Lending

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain functionalities within the loan origination platform.

• Create and sustain internal operational tools for the Clasp Finance team.

• Engage in architectural decisions, code evaluations, and discussions on technical design.

• Utilize AI-assisted development methods to enhance impact and deliver high-quality software.

• Work collaboratively with compliance and legal teams to enforce regulatory requirements.

• Develop and oversee data pipelines in partnership with the data team.

• Occasionally collaborate with technical stakeholders from schools and universities.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning, high standards, and straightforward, low-ego feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, and/or JavaScript.

• Experience in developing operational and/or internal tools for fintech, lending, or similar regulated industries.

• AI-native approach in your workflow.

• Knowledge of Django (or a similar Python web framework) and React.

• Practical experience with cloud/serverless infrastructure.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
