Senior Fullstack Engineer – Java, React, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Contribute to defining and evolving the platform's architecture and technical strategy.

• Lead technical decision-making processes and offer guidance to various engineering teams.

• Evaluate solution designs and implementations to ensure architectural coherence and quality.

• Identify areas of technical debt and support long-term modernization efforts.

• Oversee front-end engineering standards utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Establish reusable UI patterns, component strategies, and development best practices.

• Assist in modernizing existing applications to adopt modular and cloud-native architectures.

• Contribute to initiatives involving containerization and orchestration through Docker and Kubernetes.

• Advocate for AI-assisted software development methodologies and enhancements in developer productivity.

• Aid in the execution of AI-related services, integrations, and engineering workflows.

• Promote engineering excellence through automation, adherence to quality standards, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

• Mentor engineers to foster their technical growth and development.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to align technical projects with business goals.

• Engage in technical interviews and recruitment processes.

• Remain updated on emerging technologies and assess their relevance within the product ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Java/Jakarta EE.

• Demonstrated experience in software architecture and technical leadership.

• Significant experience with React and TypeScript.

• Proficient in designing scalable and maintainable applications.

• Understanding of distributed systems and cloud-based architectures.

• Experience with Azure, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies.

• Practical knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.

• Experience in mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practices.

• Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1).

• Nice to have: Experience with Kubernetes.

• Experience in modernizing legacy or monolithic applications.

• Familiarity with ERP, financial, or enterprise software products.

• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or other AI-assisted development tools.

• Knowledge of AI services, integrations, or developer platforms.

• Understanding of C or C-based technologies.

• Experience working in internationally distributed teams.
