Senior Fullstack Engineer – India

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional software solutions across the Rosterfy SaaS platform, reporting directly to the Technical Lead.

• Design and implement scalable features utilizing Laravel, PHP, React/Next.js, and AWS.

• Work collaboratively with QA, Product, and Design teams to create user-focused features.

• Develop and enhance APIs, integrations, and reusable components.

• Optimize CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and overall system performance.

• Set a standard for code quality, documentation, and peer mentorship.

• Participate in architectural enhancements, technical discovery, feature scoping, and execution of engineering strategies.

• Ensure accessibility and localization for the multi-regional SaaS platform.

• Uphold compliance-oriented engineering practices, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards.

• Direct test strategies and validations; manage test coverage, pipeline health, and regression control.

• Contribute to impactful technical deliveries, product quality, engineering standards, and medium-term architectural choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in building SaaS products from start to finish, preferably in multi-region settings.

• Proficient in full-stack development — encompassing both frontend and backend.

• Expertise in Laravel (or modern PHP frameworks) and contemporary frontend technologies (React, Next.js, or Vue), XDebug, and writing unit tests.

• Proficient in both Frontend and Backend Engineering.

• Experience with Mobile development (React Native).

• Familiarity with working in ISO/SOC2 compliant environments.

• Knowledge of accessibility, scalability, and localization for a global user base.

• Comfortable working within cloud-native environments utilizing AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.

• Background in designing within and around a modular monolith architecture.

• Skilled in relational databases (Aurora MySQL, PostgreSQL), with an emphasis on data modeling for scalability and performance.

• Experience with feature delivery velocity using tools like Copilot, Gemini, test automation, or scaffolding is highly advantageous.

• Experience in creating AI-enhanced product experiences using LLM APIs and prompt design is a significant plus.

• Prior experience coaching others on integrating GenAI into workflows is a considerable advantage.
