Senior FullStack Engineer, Consumer Lending

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable backend microservices as part of the Consumer Lending Team.

• Create and manage an infrastructure capable of processing millions of requests daily while ensuring security and performance.

• Utilize Google Cloud services and industry-standard tools to develop and maintain distributed systems.

• Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and other business units to provide financial solutions.

• Mentor junior developers and advocate for engineering best practices.

• Leverage user feedback and system analytics to enhance and iterate on platform capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Proficient or advanced English skills.

• Demonstrated history of developing, launching, and iterating on software applications, especially in the Fintech sector.

• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.

• Experience in designing and implementing web services, including REST APIs.

• Familiarity with Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and Gradual Rollouts.

• Experience in building and maintaining payment systems, financial disbursement solutions, or compliance-driven platforms is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of security protocols, compliance standards, and KYC/AML processes.

• Dedication to continuous learning and keeping up with emerging technologies.

• Excellent collaboration and prioritization abilities in a team-centric environment.
