Senior Fullstack Engineer – C#, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop applications and services primarily utilizing React and .NET on Azure or AWS PaaS platforms.

• Take full ownership of application and service development, from architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Design architecture using diagrams and technical design documentation.

• Construct and uphold scalable, highly available, and cost-efficient microservices.

• Design and implement APIs within contemporary software architectures.

• Create event-driven solutions.

• Utilize Docker and Terraform for containerization and provisioning purposes.

• Incorporate security practices into development activities.

• Collaborate with NoSQL databases and distributed storage systems.

• Implement monitoring and observability tools.

• Interpret both functional and non-functional requirements and deliver reliable software independently.

• Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback on architecture, documentation, and code quality.

• Estimate and plan work through user stories and tasks.

• Engage in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring as the team expands.

• Allocate approximately 70% of time to hands-on development and 30% to mentoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 6 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer / Software Engineer.

• Strong experience with C# and .NET 6 or later.

• Senior-level expertise with ASPX Pages and React.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Terraform.

• Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure.

• Proficient in developing and implementing microservices in production environments.

• Experienced in building and consuming APIs within modern software architectures.

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture.

• Experience in integrating security into the development lifecycle.

• Knowledge of decentralized/NoSQL databases and distributed storage.

• Proficient in implementing monitoring and observability tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Advanced English proficiency required; effective communication in English is crucial.

• Capability to work with US clients.
