Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust frontend and backend functionalities utilizing React and Node.js.

• Build our core offerings, such as donation checkout systems, embeddable widgets, and donor/partner interfaces.

• Architect and create system components capable of scaling to support millions of monthly transactions.

• Produce clean, well-documented, and easily testable code.

• Lead architecture and technical design discussions to uncover elegant solutions to intricate challenges.

• Mentor colleagues through comprehensive code reviews and by offering constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to clarify specifications and influence the development roadmap.

• Actively identify and address bugs, performance issues, and optimization possibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional fullstack development experience.

• Profound understanding of modern JavaScript (event loop, closures, promises, prototypes).

• Expert-level skills in React and its ecosystem (familiarity with Vue is an added advantage).

• Strong backend capabilities with Node.js (experience with Koa or NestJS is highly desirable).

• Experience in Webpack configuration, performance improvement, and profiling.

• A meticulous eye for detail along with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work.
