Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Create innovative features and infrastructures for clients spanning diverse industries.

• Integrate smoothly into existing teams and take true ownership of the technical sphere.

• Assist throughout the entire development lifecycle—from analyzing requirements to the go-live phase.

• Provide counsel to founders and leaders as an equal partner, maintaining composure during challenging situations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in client projects—whether as a freelancer or a team member in dynamic client environments.

• Strong expertise in web technologies and associated tools, including build tools, CI/CD, REST APIs, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), and frameworks like Spring Boot.

• A genuine full-stack mindset encompassing frontend, backend, DevOps, and observability.

• Experience with TypeScript and either Angular or React.js for frontend development.

• Proficient in at least one additional statically typed language—preferably Kotlin or Java.

• DevOps experience: capable of deploying software to production and ensuring its stability.

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Ruby or Python is an advantage.

• Bonus: experience in app development using React Native or Flutter.

• Active involvement with AI in the software development process.

• Experience working in fully remote environments.

• Excellent communication skills, genuine listening abilities, and a proactive approach to engagement rather than relying solely on tickets.

• Proficiency in German and good command of English.

• No specific degree is necessary; we prioritize skills and mindset.
