Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Identify solutions: collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to investigate issues, conduct discovery experiments, and quickly refine project scope.

• Design and implement AI-driven features, utilizing LLMs, NLP, and multimodal AI to improve user experience, enhance process efficiency, and support decision-making.

• Create enterprise knowledge management systems that integrate vector search, RAG pipelines, and semantic retrieval to provide accurate, context-sensitive insights.

• Develop conversational AI solutions by utilizing various chatbot development frameworks and platforms.

• Engage with cutting-edge technology: utilize modern cloud-native tools (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes), implement observability (OpenTelemetry, Grafana), and investigate opportunities in AI-driven development and automation.

• Adopt DevOps practices: construct and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and progressive delivery strategies to guarantee rapid and secure releases.

• Deliver top-notch solutions: produce clean, testable code; uphold best practices; and elevate standards for reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Propel delivery: transition features from concept to production, ensuring that outcomes are achieved and customers derive value promptly.

• Foster continuous improvement by adopting new practices, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the evolution of our engineering culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in commercial software development, with a proven history of delivering enterprise-level solutions.

• In-depth expertise in .NET/C# and contemporary frameworks.

• Strong proficiency in web technologies (TypeScript, React).

• Practical experience in building AI Agents using orchestration frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework).

• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, prompt engineering techniques, and Generative AI Evaluations.

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding and hands-on use of DevOps/GitOps methodologies: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and modern deployment practices.

• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with the capability to excel in Agile environments.

• Skill in driving discovery processes: framing problems, rapid prototyping, and iterative refinement of project scope.
