Senior Fullstack Engineer, AI, LLM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for designing and developing advanced AI solutions based on LLM, contributing to the creation of innovative capabilities for generating insights, planning launches, and enhancing customer experience.

• Develop Synthetic AI Personas using knowledge graphs, RAG, GraphRAG, chunking strategies, and business data sources.

• Design and implement functionalities based on LLM models, agent-based workflows, and AI-driven insight generation capabilities.

• Build scalable backend services, data pipelines, and integrations for AI/ML use cases and synthetic personas.

• Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and functional software.

• Test, optimize, and evolve AI components ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, engineering teams, and other business areas within an agile environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering, preferably in AI/ML platforms or data platforms in production environments.

• Hands-on experience developing applications based on LLM, RAG pipelines, AI orchestration, and modern backend solutions.

• Knowledge of knowledge graphs, vector search, embeddings, information chunking strategies, and unstructured data processing.

• Experience in cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, testing, CI/CD, and the design of scalable systems.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical profiles.

• Key technologies: Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic.

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangFuse, Haystack, prompt orchestration, tracing, and model evaluation.

• Experience with RAG, GraphRAG, embeddings, vector search, semantic chunking, and knowledge graphs.

• Knowledge of Snowflake and enterprise data platforms for structured and semi-structured data.

• Proficiency in Python, Rust, TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, Java, and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments.

• Proficient in English at C1 level.
