Senior Fullstack Engineer, Agentic Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee agentic solutions and platforms that utilize AI agents.

• Connect AI agents with CreatorIQ via APIs and tailored MCP servers.

• Create and uphold security, reliability, compliance, and governance frameworks.

• Develop systems and interfaces for identifying, assessing, and selecting AI agents.

• Construct scalable front-end interfaces using React/TypeScript.

• Build backend services utilizing Node.js/Python.

• Engage in client-facing technical discussions and feedback meetings.

• Analyze real-user monitoring results to showcase solutions and collect implementation insights.

• Provide guidance on AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure and database strategies.

• Contribute to the long-term roadmap of the agentic platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional software engineering experience, encompassing full-stack applications and distributed systems.

• More than 2 years of experience in designing or deploying AI-driven applications.

• Familiarity with one or more agent frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, MS Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI Agent SDK.

• Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI agents at scale in production environments.

• Experience in deploying MCP servers in production settings.

• Understanding of safety and governance measures for AI agents.

• Expertise in Node.js and Python.

• Strong background in developing reliable APIs and integrating data connectors.

• Significant experience with React and TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and adeptness in managing agent environments.

• Experience with AWS and/or GCP.

• Capability to engage in client-facing technical discussions and feedback sessions.
