Senior Fullstack Developer – .NET/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical health, performance, and architectural progress of enterprise web applications.

• Develop resilient backends using C# / .NET Core / .NET 5+ and dynamic frontends with React.js.

• Create, construct, and sustain high-throughput ASP.NET Web APIs and integration layers.

• Automate intricate enterprise workflows and client-facing digital experiences.

• Design modular component libraries, responsive web layouts, and state-managed frontends utilizing TypeScript, React Hooks, Context, and Redux / Zustand.

• Oversee data persistence, schema design, complex stored procedures, and query performance optimization in Microsoft SQL Server.

• Incorporate automated unit/integration test suites into cloud-native CI/CD pipelines using Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with Git workflows.

• Manage technical debt, perform constructive code reviews, and create technical documentation.

• Guide mid-level and junior engineers in nearshore agile teams.

• Collaborate with engineering teams in the U.S. and client leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in fullstack software engineering.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling web applications in fast-paced startup or nearshore settings.

• Advanced skills in C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, ASP.NET Web API, React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend state management.

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex schema design, indexing strategies, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

• In-depth knowledge of Git, automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, and cloud-native environments; Azure is preferred.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to independently navigate ambiguous codebases.

• Mandatory advanced fluency in English, both written and spoken.
