Senior Fullstack Developer, Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in cutting-edge projects within a fast-paced environment.

• Influence architecture, code quality, performance, and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, UX/UI designers, QA, and other stakeholders within an agile, cross-functional team.

• Advocate for best practices such as Clean Code, testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.

• Offer technical mentorship to junior developers on the team.

• Strategically advance the technical vision and actively contribute to shaping the product roadmap.

• Oversee resource planning, prioritize technical issues, and drive continuous process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a production environment with Angular.

• Familiarity with Nx-based Angular monorepos utilizing NgRx and Domain-Driven Design.

• Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API design.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

• Eagerness and motivation to engage in backend development (Go) — practical experience is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn quickly is essential.

• High initiative, pragmatic problem-solving abilities, and effective team communication skills.

• Passion for sharing knowledge and providing technical assistance to less experienced team members.

• Proficient in German at a business level (minimum C1).
