Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications focused on high performance, scalability, and security.

• Implement new features and enhancements in a manner that is well-tested, maintainable, and efficient.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.

• Review, analyze, and implement technical solutions to fulfill business requirements.

• Drive the resolution of issues and bugs.

• Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and system integrations.

• Provide technical leadership through design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

• Engage in task estimation, prioritization, and planning in accordance with engineering processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in Python/Node.js.

• Proven track record with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js.

• Experience with background job processing, including queues, retries, idempotent jobs, and managing a worker that fails mid-task.

• Practical knowledge of cloud services, preferably AWS.

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL database technologies.

• Experience in contributing to architecture and design, including architectural patterns, reliability, and scaling of both new and existing systems.

• Deep understanding of API development, microservices, and system integration.

• At least one project utilizing LLM APIs with tool calling and streaming; side projects are acceptable, but a simple chat interface on top of an API is not sufficient.

• At least one product developed from scratch and maintained in production for a year or longer.

• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English.
