Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain full-stack web applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.

• Integrate new features and improvements in a well-tested, maintainable, and efficient manner.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to craft intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.

• Review, analyze, and implement technical solutions to fulfill business requirements, facilitating the resolution of issues and bugs.

• Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and system integrations.

• Offer technical leadership to the engineering team by steering design discussions, conducting code reviews, and promoting continuous improvement.

• Engage in task estimation, prioritization, and planning in accordance with engineering processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in Python/Node.js and a proven track record with modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js).

• Background in job processing: queues, retries, idempotent jobs, and managing failures of workers mid-task.

• Practical knowledge of cloud services (preferably AWS) and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).

• Experience in contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of both new and existing systems.

• Profound understanding of API development, microservices, and system integration.

• At least one project utilizing LLM APIs with tool calling and streaming; a simple chat interface on top of an API does not suffice.

• Experience in building at least one product from scratch and maintaining it in production for a year or longer.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

• Familiarity with Temporal, Inngest, or other durable execution tools is a plus.

• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse, or other tools for managing large volumes of logs and traces is a plus.

• Experience in building MCP servers or clients is a plus.

• Familiarity with LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Claude Agent SDK is a plus.

• Understanding of protections against prompt injection and sandboxing tool execution is a plus.
