Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end development of full-stack AI initiatives on a product utilizing a Ruby on Rails backend and a React frontend.

• Conceptualize and conduct experiments (including A/B testing) to assess the effectiveness of AI features.

• Develop and implement components for AI infrastructure while enhancing performance.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI research, methodologies, and tools.

• Collaborate closely with Circle's leadership and design teams throughout the feature design phase.

• Promote a proactive approach by emphasizing rapid iteration and upholding high standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer working on high-traffic production systems.

• Excellent command of Ruby on Rails, MySQL / PostgreSQL, and ReactJS.

• Practical experience in developing AI features for production environments.

• A robust mindset for experimentation.

• A willingness to thrive in a fast-paced setting with a degree of uncertainty.

• Strong alignment with the company’s core values.

• Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5).
