📋 Description

• Create and deliver internal tools and systems from start to finish, encompassing back-end services, APIs, front-end interfaces, data integrations, deployment, and infrastructure.

• Transition between various projects and types of challenges as priorities evolve, including workflow automation tools, internal dashboards, and AI-enhanced features.

• Collaborate with the Applied AI Engineer to incorporate LLM, RAG, and agent functionalities into practical software solutions.

• Partner with teams throughout the organization to identify their challenges and design effective solutions.

• Take ownership of software throughout its lifecycle, utilizing sound judgment to deliver dependable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in full-stack engineering; capable of producing high-quality code across back-end, APIs, and front-end, including Python and/or TypeScript within a modern web framework.

• Proven ability to tackle unfamiliar challenges and deliver results.

• Significant experience with AI, particularly in integrating APIs and developing features on top of models.

• Skill in comprehending the issues faced by non-technical teams and translating them into functional solutions.

• Familiarity with pipelines, databases, and both structured and unstructured data.

• Ability to excel independently within a small team environment without rigid processes.

• Bonus: experience in creating internal tools or platforms for other teams.

• Bonus: knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps, or deployment practices, including CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code.
