Senior Full-Stack Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Develops new software applications and maintains existing technologies.

• Offers technical assistance to the user community at IDOC.

• Engages in all stages of the development project life cycle, collaborating with IDOC users and partners to establish and create functional requirements.

• Conducts technical analysis and design, along with coding, testing, and implementation activities.

• Contributes to the Front End, Business Layer, and Back End code base, along with technology solutions.

• Acts as a senior developer for Core Task initiatives, which include upkeep and enhancements to current web applications and integrations.

• Oversees and participates in the technical design, coding, testing, and the creation of technical and user documentation for internal systems enhancements, ranging from simple to complex.

• Provides regular updates concerning web development, support, projects, and related achievements.

• Assesses the effectiveness of completed projects after implementation.

• Aids in SQL database design, including schema, table definitions, triggers, functions, and stored procedures.

• Actively engages in the evolution and continuous efficiency improvements of development processes and tools, including Gen AI and agentic AI.

• Offers support to end users regarding issues faced with internal web applications, API endpoints, and integrated third-party technologies.

• Undertakes any other responsibilities or related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software development with full stack capabilities.

• Demonstrated success in developing complex web and API applications.

• Experience in systems design and development, from analyzing business requirements to QA and deployment.

• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, API technologies, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and JavaScript.

• Proficient in SQL Server 2022, Management Studio, and Transact SQL, with the ability to craft complex queries, functions, and stored procedures.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and guide users in defining optimal solutions for their business needs.

• Skills in image handling and graphic design are a plus.

• Experience with Agentic AI coding tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with Angular JS, D3, and charting technologies.

• Experience in developing dashboards and utilizing reporting tools such as Power BI.
