Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Gain insights into customer challenges by collaborating directly with property managers and internal teams.

• Transform features from concept and prototype through frontend development, backend programming, integrations, testing, and deployment.

• Take charge of the entire product experience and its performance in production.

• Partner with designers to craft user-friendly interfaces for complex short-term rental processes.

• Create event-driven workflows that streamline repetitive operational tasks.

• Develop AI-driven features utilizing LLMs and AI agents.

• Design and implement APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, and other ecosystem partners.

• Create solutions for reservation synchronization, dynamic pricing, smart lock access, guest communication, check-in and upselling experiences, forecasting, automation of cleaning and maintenance, owner reporting, and AI-driven monitoring.

• Leverage customer feedback, product usage data, and operational outcomes to assess and enhance delivered features.

• Make informed technical decisions while balancing delivery speed, maintainability, security, and reliability as the platform evolves.

• Work closely with founders, designers, operators, customers, and internal teams.

• Proven experience in building and deploying production software.

• Capability to operate across both frontend and backend systems.

• Familiarity with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or similar.

• Deep understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture.

• A product-centric mindset and an eagerness to explore the reasons behind user needs for features.

• Sound judgment regarding usability, project scope, and technical trade-offs.

• Proficiency in converting ambiguous problems into actionable, functional solutions.

• Confidence in engaging directly with customers, designers, and founders.

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of results.

• Interest in AI, automation, and enhancing operational efficiency.
