Senior Full-Stack .NET Engineer – Node.js, Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design and execute scalable, efficient, and secure software architectures at the enterprise level utilizing our .NET stack.

• Write, test, and debug intricate code for high-load systems that demand stringent latency and reliability standards.

• Deliver polished code to production promptly, striking a balance between business agility and technical excellence.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers.

• Conduct comprehensive code reviews to uphold stringent code quality, security, and industry best practices.

• Develop and uphold testing protocols to ensure software reliability and impeccable production performance.

• Implement and oversee production observability frameworks, including logging, metrics, monitoring, and distributed tracing.

• Create and sustain clear, meaningful technical documentation for system designs and architecture.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, actively promoting their technical development.

• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to lead and manage software development projects, ensuring predictable and high-quality delivery.

• Work in close partnership with product management, design, and operations teams to synchronize technical execution with business objectives.

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into straightforward project updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable senior engineering position, showcasing leadership, robust technical skills, and successful project delivery.

• Profound hands-on knowledge of C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+).

• Commercial experience or a strong eagerness to learn and work with Golang and Node.js.

• Experience in designing and evolving high-load backend systems under strict latency and reliability requirements.

• Familiarity with REST API and web services.

• Strong grasp of async/await, multithreading, thread safety, memory management, and performance enhancement.

• Ability to pinpoint and resolve performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers.

• Experience in designing and managing microservice-based systems.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Understanding of transactions, isolation levels, locking, concurrency, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.

• Experience with containerized environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery.

• Understanding of scalability, load balancing, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery.

• Knowledge of production observability, including logging, metrics, monitoring, and tracing.
