Senior Full Stack Java Developer – Security Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain Java-based software components

• Implement new features and enhancements throughout the NIRIS platform

• Upgrade and modernize Java modules to the latest supported LTS versions

• Develop and maintain REST integrations along with data exchange interfaces

• Ensure interoperability with external systems and compliance with NATO standards

• Enhance logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting functionalities

• Contribute to unit testing and automated testing initiatives

• Collaborate with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools

• Engage in sprint planning, reviews, and technical discussions

• Create technical documentation and implementation artifacts

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development

• More than 3 years of experience in Java backend development

• At least 2 years of experience with Angular and/or TypeScript development

• Proficient in building RESTful services and integrations

• Knowledgeable in distributed systems and data-intensive applications

• Familiar with Docker and containerized deployment processes

• Experienced with CI/CD environments, particularly GitLab

• Skilled in unit testing and integration testing

• Strong grasp of Agile software development methodologies
