Senior Full-Stack Engineer, TypeScript, AI Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver comprehensive web and backend features with production-level quality.

• Create AI-driven systems, including customized agents, RAG pipelines, and workflows based on state machines.

• Build scalable frontend experiences utilizing SvelteKit, React, Vue, or similar contemporary frameworks.

• Design and execute backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

• Construct dependable AI systems incorporating guardrails, traceability, and confidence measurement frameworks.

• Quickly translate product requirements into functional solutions with a strong focus on execution.

• Leverage AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code to enhance productivity and expedite development.

• Collaborate in a highly independent, asynchronous remote engineering environment.

• Integrate APIs, authentication systems, analytics platforms, and third-party services.

• Contribute to data pipelines, analytics tooling, and dynamic asset generation as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript, including advanced concepts such as Generics and Discriminated Unions.

• Extensive experience in Node.js backend development.

• Demonstrated full-stack engineering experience across both frontend and backend systems.

• Proficiency in React, Vue, or Svelte/SvelteKit.

• Practical experience in building and deploying AI/LLM-powered features or agent-based systems.

• Strong comprehension of APIs, authentication processes, and token-based security.

• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.

• Familiarity with cloud services, specifically AWS or Azure.

• Hands-on experience utilizing AI coding assistants such as Cursor or Claude Code.

• Capability to work independently in a remote, highly autonomous setting with strong English communication skills.

• Experience with Fastify, Hono, or Express frameworks.

• Understanding of Slack API integrations and analytics platforms like PostHog or Metabase.

• Experience with PDF generation tools such as PDFKit or Puppeteer is a plus.

• Experience in building or optimizing data pipelines and transformation workflows is advantageous.
