Senior Full-Stack Engineer – TypeScript, AI Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver complete web and backend functionalities with production-level quality.

• Create AI-driven systems, including customized agents, RAG pipelines, and workflows guided by state machines.

• Build scalable frontend solutions utilizing SvelteKit, React, Vue, or comparable modern frameworks.

• Design and execute backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

• Construct dependable AI systems incorporating guardrails, traceability, and frameworks for measuring confidence.

• Swiftly convert product requirements into actionable solutions with a strong focus on execution.

• Leverage AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code to enhance productivity and expedite development.

• Collaborate within a highly autonomous, asynchronous remote engineering setting.

• Integrate APIs, authentication mechanisms, analytics tools, and external services.

• Assist in data pipelines, analytics tools, and dynamic asset generation as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mastery of TypeScript, including advanced features such as Generics and Discriminated Unions.

• Extensive experience in Node.js backend development.

• Demonstrated full-stack engineering expertise across both frontend and backend platforms.

• Proficient in React, Vue, or Svelte/SvelteKit.

• Practical experience in building and deploying AI/LLM-powered functionalities or agentic systems.

• Solid understanding of APIs, authentication processes, and token-based security measures.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases.

• Cloud proficiency with AWS or Azure.

• Hands-on experience utilizing AI coding assistants like Cursor or Claude Code.

• Capability to work independently in a remote, highly autonomous environment with strong English communication skills.

• Experience with Fastify, Hono, or Express frameworks.

• Knowledge of Slack API integrations and analytics platforms such as PostHog or Metabase.

• Experience using PDF generation tools like PDFKit or Puppeteer is a plus.

• Background in building or optimizing data pipelines and transformation workflows is a plus.
