Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Production Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy high-quality applications to enhance in-store operations and decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with engineering colleagues to support the vital fresh food supply chains of thousands of grocery stores across the United States.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and users to deliver exceptional product experiences across iPad, web front-end, API, and data layers.

• Engage in discussions and provide constructive feedback on significant design decisions.

• Expand our analytics and monitoring/observability to gain insights into system behavior and make data-driven decisions.

• Maintain the quality of our software through automated testing.

• Design and create user interfaces, APIs, and solutions that are both reusable and extensible.

• Collaborate with machine learning experts to drive the development of new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in full-stack web development, including web front-end and API development.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining production-level APIs and applications.

• A collaborative mindset while also possessing a high degree of self-direction.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges.

• Enjoyment of working in a dynamic, startup environment.

• Required skills: TypeScript (or JavaScript), React, and Python.

• Nice-to-have skills: PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Databricks, DBT, Terraform/OpenTofu, Azure, pair programming, and test-driven development.
