Senior Full Stack Engineer – PHP, Laravel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy **robust backend services** and **frontends** that have a significant product impact.

• Ensure that systems are scalable, efficient, and easy to maintain.

• Work collaboratively across teams to integrate services and provide end-to-end value.

• Translate business domains into clean, efficient data structures.

• Mentor and guide other engineers on best practices to foster their development.

• Collaborate with fellow engineers and lead technical delivery on initiatives within a specific domain or project.

• Exemplify engineering excellence, pragmatism, and shared ownership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in delivering full-stack products utilizing TypeScript (and JavaScript) and PHP (Laravel).

• Strong backend development expertise in **Node.js** and **PHP (Laravel)**.

• Experience with Vue.js (or other front-end frameworks) is desired.

• Solid background in designing and integrating **REST and/or GraphQL APIs**.

• Comfortable working within **monorepo environments** and modular architectures.

• Proficient in **data modeling** and experienced with SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Familiar with testing methodologies, performance optimization, and principles of scalable design.

• You are proactive, results-oriented, and eager to thrive in a rapidly growing tech scale-up.

• Confident in making architectural decisions while effectively communicating trade-offs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
