Senior Full Stack Engineer – .NET, Vue/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain new features and functionalities for the SAAS platform, while comprehending the needs of insurance businesses and translating them into scalable and efficient software solutions.

• Engage in both front-end and back-end development of the application, showcasing expertise in various technologies, frameworks, and programming languages.

• Collaborate with product, design, engineering teams, and UX designers to grasp end-user requirements, use cases, and technical concepts, translating them into a cohesive and effective solution while ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Enhance application performance to manage large volumes of data and high user traffic, providing a smooth user experience.

• Take part in code reviews and uphold best coding practices, while also writing and executing unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality.

• Investigate and swiftly resolve bugs to maintain platform reliability.

• Ensure security and compliance by adhering to best practices for securing web applications and relevant regulations in managing sensitive customer data.

• Stay informed about the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices to keep the organization competitive and innovative.

• Architect the platform with scalability and flexibility in mind, accommodating new features and adjustments as the number of clients and users increases.

• Mentor junior developers, supporting their technical growth and effective contributions to the team's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, working on complex SAAS applications.

• Strong technical background with proficiency in back-end technologies such as .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies including Javascript, Vue.js, and/or React.js.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for building scalable applications.

• Experience with microservices and/or clean architecture.

• Comprehensive understanding and practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure robust and well-tested code.

• Experience with unit, integration, and functional testing using both front-end and back-end testing libraries.

• Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to create a maintainable and modular architecture that aligns with business domains.

• In-depth knowledge of web security best practices and experience in ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Demonstrated experience in performance optimization for high-traffic web applications.

• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and solutions.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and bug fixing.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical team members from diverse backgrounds.
