This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
• Design, develop, and sustain scalable, resilient microservices utilizing the .NET ecosystem.
• Construct and enhance secure, high-performance full-stack web applications using C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Design, optimize, and uphold complex database schemas, stored procedures, and SQL queries to ensure performance and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while maintaining high quality through unit and integration testing.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools and coding assistants to enhance development efficiency and code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve intricate issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Implement best practices in software architecture, multi-threading, data structures, and N-Tier application design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage source code with Git and contribute to contemporary CI/CD workflows.
• Take ownership of technical deliverables while ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in developing web applications using **C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL**.
• Strong expertise with **MS SQL Server**, including stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and relational database design.
• Experience in building scalable enterprise SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with **AWS** services or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of **GraphQL** and contemporary API development practices is advantageous.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as **GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar coding agents**.
• Understanding of AI concepts including **LLMs, MCP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)**.
• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, software architecture, multi-threading, and performance optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests and working in Shift Left development environments.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and dedicated to delivering high-quality software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
