Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Mental Health Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with non-engineering stakeholders to gain insights into workflows and pinpoint AI opportunities.

• Design comprehensive solution architectures and manage applications, infrastructure, tooling, and deployment from start to finish.

• Develop and deliver AI-enhanced internal tools, system integrations, LLM-powered features, and agents as necessary.

• Utilize AI coding tools to rapidly prototype and refine based on user input.

• Articulate technical decisions and progress in a clear, accessible manner.

• Provide updates to engineering management on a daily or weekly basis and identify gaps proactively.

• Establish and manage local environments.

• Collaborate with the platform team to deploy solutions into production.

• Adhere to data privacy, security, and governance protocols.

• Transition between projects that vary in duration from approximately one week to two months.

• Work independently or alongside another engineer on projects within a six-month timeframe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior-level full-stack engineering experience.

• Proficient in designing and constructing applications from start to finish.

• Preference for Java or Python and React.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to convey technical work to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Strong product sense with the ability to propose solutions even without a formal ticket or specification.

• Authentic enthusiasm for AI and a commitment to a daily AI-first workflow.

• Experience in integrating LLMs into applications or strong full-stack expertise with relevant AI prototypes.

• Competence in autonomously managing architecture, infrastructure, and tooling.

• Fundamental infrastructure knowledge, including containers, Kubernetes, and AWS.

• Skill in setting up services locally and collaborating with a platform team for production deployment.

• Must successfully complete the client AI transformation assignment, which includes a recorded video.
