Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Frontend-Focused, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Develop features across the technology stack utilizing Vue 3, TypeScript, Django, and the Django REST Framework.

• Advance the loan pricing and investor eligibility matching engines.

• Integrate with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), due diligence providers, credit vendors, and valuation firms.

• Create data models and background processing pipelines that maintain efficiency as volumes increase.

• Write and uphold tests using pytest, Vitest, and Playwright.

• Develop AI-driven product functionalities, including LLM features, agents, retrieval, and evaluation.

• Collaborate with a focus on open communication and minimal red tape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Daily, hands-on interaction with AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or other similar tools.

• Proven experience managing multiple AI coding agents simultaneously and assessing their outputs.

• Practical experience in integrating AI into products, encompassing LLM features, agents, retrieval, and evaluation.

• Over 5 years of experience in developing production software, with expertise in both frontend and backend.

• At least 3 years of practical experience with Vue.js or React, alongside TypeScript.

• Strong background in Python and Django.

• Comprehensive understanding of REST APIs.

• Database expertise, including schema design, query optimization, and secure migrations.

• Experience with complex platform companies and real-world integrations, data, and scalability.

• Excellent UI/UX skills combined with effective communication abilities.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.

• Experience in the fintech sector or other regulated industries is a plus.

• Familiarity with OpenSearch is a bonus.

• Knowledge of Playwright is advantageous.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, is desirable.
