This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.
• Drive the technical advancement of dtn.com, enhancing its architecture, scalability, and maintainability.
• Create and uphold responsive, accessible, and high-quality front-end experiences across essential pages and conversion pathways.
• Design and maintain back-end services, APIs, and integrations that support content, forms, search functionalities, and personalization.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to develop reusable templates, modular components, and efficient publishing workflows.
• Enhance site performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility standards, and technical SEO practices.
• Connect the website with business systems such as CMS, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and consent management tools.
• Construct and refine form flows, lead capture experiences, and content journeys to facilitate demand generation.
• Establish engineering best practices encompassing code quality, testing, observability, and release processes.
• Contribute to and help expand a design system and component library for the web platform.
• Utilize data and experimentation to foster improvements in engagement, conversion rates, and usability.
• Diagnose production issues and continuously enhance platform reliability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 7 years of software engineering experience, specifically in building and supporting public-facing websites or digital platforms.
• Proficient front-end development skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) with experience in modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
• Back-end development experience in building APIs, services, and integrations (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably modern or headless architectures.
• Strong understanding of website architecture, component-driven development, and content-focused experiences.
• Experience in performance optimization, accessibility standards, responsive design, and technical SEO techniques.
• Proven experience integrating websites with analytics tools, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other third-party applications.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and contemporary deployment practices.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the capability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
