Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and sustain scalable full-stack applications for a healthcare insurance platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and execute features tailored for the healthcare industry.

• Ensure application security and adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, concentrating on performance and scalability.

• Implement serverless architectures on Azure and AWS to enhance backend functionality.

• Utilize React, Angular, and Vue to develop responsive user interfaces.

• Integrate and tailor rules engines for automated decision-making and efficiency improvements.

• Employ microservices architecture to boost scalability, resilience, and deployment efficiency.

• Leverage GraphQL for efficient and flexible data retrieval.

• Mentor junior developers, promoting technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Stay updated with technology trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in healthcare.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in full-stack software development.

• Robust frontend expertise with JavaScript, React, Angular, and Vue.

• Strong backend proficiency with C#, .NET, and JAVA.

• Skilled in implementing cloud solutions in AWS and Azure, including serverless environments.

• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

• Capability to transform complex business needs into a technical roadmap.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with GraphQL for developing APIs and efficient data retrieval.

• Strong foundation in SQL or NoSQL, database design, and complex data architectures.

• Proficient in AWS OpenSearch, including indexing, querying, and optimizing search performance.

• Experienced in AI-first development practices using Claude Cursor or Codex.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Background in healthcare sector regulations is advantageous; understanding of HIPAA is a plus.

• Experience in iOS and Android app development is a bonus.
