Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Architect and Construct: Design, develop, and implement high-quality applications and microservices, taking ownership of backend architecture and coding standards.

• Collaborate: Partner closely with fellow developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams (including client teams) to translate requirements into sophisticated technical solutions.

• System Modernization: Utilize modern .NET stacks and AI tools to refactor and upgrade legacy components.

• Infrastructure & Operations: Manage database administration and backend service interactions within cloud environments.

• Quality First: Produce clean, maintainable code, perform rigorous code reviews, mentor other developers, and share your expertise.

• Optimize: Troubleshoot and refine existing systems to guarantee peak performance, responsiveness, and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years specifically focused on .NET and Angular.

• Strong foundational knowledge in backend development and extensive hands-on experience with MS SQL Server.

• Proficiency with Docker and AWS environments (ECS, S3).

• Advanced daily utilization of AI tools - including prompting, validating AI-generated outputs, and managing AI coding agents (experience with Claude AI is a plus).

• Comprehensive understanding of software architecture, database management, and interactions within backend microservices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, security best practices (web tokens, OAuth), Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.

• Bonus points for:

• Experience in modernizing legacy codebases (.NET Framework, Visual Basic).
