Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assume full ownership of features and products across the entire stack, from Agora interfaces to dependable backend infrastructure.

• Collaborate closely with product teams, design, operations, finance, external partners, and customers to gather and define requirements.

• Rapidly prototype and confidently deliver products.

• Analyze user experience, backend systems, API designs, and database schemas.

• Manage products from initial prototype through to launch, iteration, and continuous development.

• Develop foundational infrastructure for the future of financial technology.

• Engage in a multi-stage interview process that includes screening, system design, live coding, technical, and behavioral interviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in fullstack development.

• More than 3 years of experience with TypeScript/Node.js and a modern frontend framework, ideally React.

• Proficient in relational databases and SQL.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver production frontend and backend systems with high uptime and minimal maintenance requirements.

• Strong product instincts and a keen eye for effective design.

• Capability to work from Figma files and offer design feedback.

• Experience collaborating directly with external partners and customers on requirement gathering, integration, and iterative feature development.

• MVP mindset with the ability to define milestones, deliver, learn, and iterate swiftly.

• Strong dedication to clean code principles and automated testing.

• In-depth understanding of API design, versioning, documentation, and contemporary authentication patterns.

• Excellent communication abilities and experience working collaboratively across product, design, and operations in remote, asynchronous settings.

• Preferred: experience in dynamic, high-growth startup environments.

• Preferred: history of prototyping and launching customer-facing products.

• Preferred: knowledge of performance profiling, latency reduction, and service-level adherence.

• Preferred: background in event-driven architectures.

• Preferred: expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.

• Preferred: practical experience with crypto, including on-chain libraries, services, and blockchain infrastructure.

• Preferred: experience integrating with blockchain node software such as Geth or Solana validators.

• Must have working hours that largely overlap with Eastern Time business hours.

• Must be physically located in Argentina.
