Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee engineering initiatives across various client projects, from initial discovery to launch and ongoing maintenance.

• Design scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions that align with client objectives and business needs.

• Develop bespoke web applications, websites, APIs, integrations, and CMS solutions using suitable technologies.

• Work collaboratively with designers, strategists, project managers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Create, maintain, debug, optimize, and enhance applications and user interfaces.

• Set up and manage local development environments utilizing version managers, containerization, and contemporary development tools.

• Configure and run deployment workflows across development, staging, and production settings.

• Ensure that all work adheres to agency standards for accessibility, performance, security, maintainability, and documentation.

• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities at an early stage, and communicate trade-offs and recommendations throughout the delivery process.

• Engage in ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of launched client projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of development experience, particularly in an agency or consultancy setting.

• Proven track record of leading technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Practical experience utilizing AI development tools responsibly to expedite the delivery of production-ready software.

• Experience in collaborating with designers using Figma or similar design tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment where priorities may shift.

• Experience in making architectural decisions while balancing technical quality against project constraints.
