Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Continuously enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform, with an emphasis on improving throughput and decreasing latency.

• Develop and implement new features, enhancements, and fixes to the software, ensuring precision, dependability, and user satisfaction.

• Maintain and enhance web applications by addressing bugs and improving functionality to boost user engagement and overall performance.

• Contribute to infrastructure enhancements and DevOps initiatives to facilitate scaling, security strengthening, and system resilience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

• Over 8 years of direct experience in full stack software development.

• Self-motivated mindset: Must be proactive and willing to delve into the code to troubleshoot, optimize, and independently create solutions.

• Accountability for work: Ability to fully own tasks and projects, ensuring that results align with business goals.

• Results-driven approach: Capable of concentrating on delivering outcomes in a dynamic environment with swiftly changing requirements.

• Flexibility: Comfortable in an agile setting where priorities and requirements can change rapidly.

• Proficient in .NET/C# and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Demonstrated expertise in JavaScript (ES5+), React/Vue.

• Experience in building and deploying applications within AWS environments.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, version control, etc.).

• Desirable: Knowledge of Python 3+ and NodeJS.

• Working understanding of Elasticsearch.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience may also be accepted. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous but not mandatory.
