Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and expand GridUnity’s cloud-based SaaS platform.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-scale, data-centric full-stack applications.

• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and collaborative sessions.

• Advocate for enhancements in scalability, reliability, observability, and security.

• Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into well-structured solutions.

• Shape system architecture decisions and spearhead high-impact technical projects.

• Safeguard the privacy, security, and accuracy of essential datasets.

• Implement tools, workflows, and methodologies that enhance software delivery.

• Provide technical insights for long-term product and technology strategies.

• Report directly to the Engineering Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional software development experience, including more than 3 years in senior-level positions.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities in mentoring junior engineers, guiding technical initiatives, and fostering team-wide enhancements.

• Extensive experience in building and scaling full-stack applications.

• Professional proficiency in several of the following: Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, React or a comparable modern JavaScript framework, PostgreSQL or another relational database.

• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining production systems.

• Strong communication skills with the capability to influence technical direction and align teams effectively.

• U.S. person status under federal law: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
