Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold production-level applications utilizing React, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Create backend services, APIs, integrations, and implement server-side validation.

• Oversee PostgreSQL schemas, migrations, queries, indexes, and optimize performance.

• Compose unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Architect scalable systems incorporating caching, queues, and background processes.

• Enhance legacy code and actively participate in ongoing technical remediation efforts.

• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate technical decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong and recent expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Comprehensive full-stack knowledge; candidates with primarily frontend experience will not be considered.

• Practical experience with PostgreSQL, including migrations and indexing.

• Experience in a production environment with AWS.

• Preferred experience with ECS/Fargate, containers, S3, and CloudFront.

• Familiarity with system design, third-party integrations, and end-to-end testing.

• Proficient in using AI coding tools, such as Claude.

• Strong English communication skills are essential.

• Experience in fintech or payments is preferred, including understanding of ACH, reconciliation, compliance, and idempotency.
