Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team of skilled engineers to deliver innovative solutions for Cellular Network challenges.

• Conceptualize and execute intricate algorithms.

• Create and uphold high-performance, scalable, and dependable software systems.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex software issues.

• Take full ownership of projects: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain comprehensive solutions for large-scale products.

• Utilize modern development pipelines, CI/CD, testing, and code quality practices to produce impactful solutions.

• Operate in an AI-native engineering environment that employs modern coding agents and specification-driven development to expedite high-quality delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a full-stack developer (suitable candidates may have 5+ years on the backend and 3+ years on the frontend).

• Demonstrated long-term engagement in projects for more than 2 years.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; fluent in English.

• Proficient in server-side technologies and architecture (Java / Kotlin).

• Mastery of the latest JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js / React).

• Skilled in Microservices and Spring Boot.

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive, cross-browser development.

• Experience in integrating frontend applications with REST or GraphQL APIs.

• Familiarity with Git and contemporary CI/CD workflows.

• Background in developing large-scale platforms.

• Experience with SQL (MySQL, Postgres) and/or NoSQL (Vertica) database types.

• Knowledge of cloud development and deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Practical experience using AI coding tools like Codex, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar agents within the software development lifecycle.

• Self-motivated, independent, and a strong team collaborator.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
